Returns:

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and only in “as new” condition in the original box.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product.
Product must be in new condition and not show any indication of usage, or damage caused by improper packing.
A Return Authorization must be included before shipping your return- call us at 1-250-828-8695.
All returns are subject a 10% restocking fee.
